Analyze, document, and optimize Salesforce configurations and business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate existing Salesforce environments to interpret undocumented systems and processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts and visualizations using tools like Lucidchart.
• Analyze flows, Process Builders, and email alerts to refine system operations.
• Write and execute test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes.
• Gather requirements and present high-level system overviews and findings to stakeholders via PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SOQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience mapping Salesforce configurations, flows, and process builders.
• Strong skills in creating technical documentation and process visualizations.
• Understanding of scripting concepts in Python and JavaScript.
• Ability to conduct UAT and write functional test cases.
• Effective communication skills for presenting technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot complex workflow logic.
