Description

You will act as a cross-functional subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Document and design current and future Salesforce solutions to ensure effective project plan completion.
• Translate user needs into detailed functional designs, business process designs, and system requirements.
• Create and execute complex test scenarios and scripts while providing end-user training.
• Identify system and functional interdependencies to mitigate project risk.
• Estimate cost and time requirements for implementing complex enterprise-level solutions.
• Assist project managers with task execution, issue communication, and status reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Workflow rules.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning components and Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into business-focused requirements.
• Strong knowledge of AppExchange product solutions and use case suitability.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and integration experience.
• Salesforce Velocity knowledge.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
