Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with specific business needs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to support process improvements.
• Integrate Salesforce with financial processes to track payments and invoicing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain system documentation and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Lightning, workflows, and validation rules.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to collaborate with finance teams on payment tracking workflows.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic Salesforce development knowledge.
• Advanced Salesforce certifications.
