Description

You will provide Salesforce consulting and configuration services to support end-to-end project lifecycles. This role involves on-site work at client locations to consult on custom software and system development within Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solution components following established standards and best practices.
• Contribute to detailed design, technology selection, and feasibility studies.
• Support testing cycles including UAT, regression, and system testing.
• Manage data masking scenarios for sandbox environments.
• Develop training materials and document technical artifacts for maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce configuration expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud out-of-the-box functionality.
• Hands-on experience with Apex development.
• Proven ability to solve technical problems without introducing regressions.
• Experience in solution implementation and technical decision-making.
• Ability to deliver quality code within project timeline estimations.

• Any Graduate degree.
