Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical execution within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning requirement elicitation, functional specifications, and wireframe creation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems to identify improvement areas and decompose complex requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend software or service enhancements.
• Oversee product development to ensure alignment with specifications and facilitate change management.
• Monitor performance and client variances to propose corrective actions.
• Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and technical reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce.
• Experience with CPQ, CLM, and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Support Processes.
• Familiarity with Reseller and telesales channels for SaaS.
• Proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to implement Business Process Automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Capability to drive technology change management using data-driven insights.

Preferred Skills

• Masters, MBA, or eMBA degree.
