You will design, develop, and support Salesforce customer applications and objects, acting as the primary CRM business analyst.

Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops.

Challenge business processes to simplify solutions using native SFDC platform capabilities.

Outline pros, cons, and technical options for proposed solutions.

Perform hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration tasks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience.
• Active Salesforce.com certifications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Community Cloud and Lightning.
• Experience with Admin and configuration capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and interact with executives and SMEs.
• Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
