Description

Own the delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple simultaneous projects, from requirements gathering to configuration and testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements through direct engagement with clients and end users.
• Develop and document user stories and business process flows within an agile environment.
• Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities to meet project needs.
• Design solutions in collaboration with Solution and Technical Architects and client teams.
• Execute user acceptance testing and manage testing, training, and documentation tasks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or consulting role.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Service Cloud.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with AppExchange solutions to complete user stories.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification.
• Business Analyst certification.
