Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce administration tasks and business analysis requirements.
• Execute software development processes and manage version control.
• Support CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and Salesforce Administrator.
• 5+ years of experience working in the financial services industry.
• Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator.
• Certified Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with software development processes and version control.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
