You will translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create user stories and detailed process documentation.
• Collaborate with admins and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
