Description

Architect enterprise digital transformations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, defining technical roadmaps and owning functional scope for Retail Execution applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap and ensure complex system landscapes remain scalable, secure, and performant.
• Design sophisticated frameworks using Apex and Lightning Web Components to handle high-volume data and intricate business logic.
• Oversee end-to-end integration strategies, connecting Salesforce with third-party systems using modern API protocols and middleware.
• Act as the functional owner for the Retail Execution application, supporting field sales and in-store execution use cases.
• Translate retail business strategy into a scalable Salesforce functional roadmap aligned with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Deep mastery of Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience designing frameworks for high-volume data and intricate business logic.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration strategies with third-party systems.
• Functional ownership experience in Retail Execution or field sales use cases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service and Experience Clouds.
• Knowledge of middleware and modern API protocols.
