Description

Support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications using Agile methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as Agile Scrum Master, planning and executing sprints to keep teams on track.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and user stories to visualize requirements for internal business users.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand product usage and business needs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and architects to define features and specifications.
• Define and execute test strategies, test cases, and QA validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including custom development, integrations, and business processes.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, including Scrum Master duties.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to document, analyze, and test technical and functional IT requirements.
• Experience with application integrations between internal and external systems.
• Strong QA and testing background, including test case development and execution.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX Designers, Developers, and application architects.
