Description

You will own the translation of business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions, driving initiatives from discovery through implementation within a continuous delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into high-quality Salesforce configurations and solutions.
• Support technology solution definition for front office business functions, specifically Customer Support and Service.
• Drive initiatives through the full lifecycle, managing both discovery and implementation phases.
• Participate as a standing member of scrum teams to ensure alignment with delivery goals.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in software or business analysis roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Experience working within Agile scrum teams.
• Ability to manage discovery requirements and guide implementation efforts.
• Familiarity with continuous delivery models and processes.
• Any graduate degree.
