Responsibilities

• Elicit and document clear business and functional requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and presentations.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advise on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations to ensure best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2–3 years of dedicated experience on Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
