Description

You will translate business needs into functional requirements and configure solutions for Salesforce Field Service Lightning implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce deployments.
• Design and configure solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
• Own the configuration and enhancement lifecycle for Field Service Lightning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience with the Salesforce platform.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce FSL Architect principles.
• Proficiency in Service Cloud implementation and configuration.
• Experience utilizing Sales Cloud features in a business context.
• Strong abilities in business communication and requirements gathering.
