Description

Analyze and document business requirements for Order Management processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and support Salesforce Order Management, Sales Cloud, and related integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with developers and QA teams for testing, deployment, and production support.
• Drive UAT sessions, user training, and process improvement initiatives for order lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Order Management and Sales Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, payment, and fulfillment systems.
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with production support activities and system performance monitoring.
• Background in driving process improvement initiatives.
