Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and document them as BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Map business needs to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Partner with admins and developers to design solutions, including objects, fields, flows, and validation rules.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including UAT planning, testing, and post-deployment validation.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and assist in data migration activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including 1–3 years on Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to create flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) or Business Analyst Certification.
• Agile certifications such as CSM or PSM.
