Align technology solutions with business strategies by gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, process flows, and story maps. Bridge the gap between business units and IT to deliver complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring technical implementations meet functional needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate raw needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end business process flows.
• Develop use case scenarios, wireframes, and current-state documentation including process maps and data model comparisons.
• Facilitate alignment between business, IT, and executive leadership to drive consensus across merging organizations.
• Support UAT planning, test case creation, and execution while validating delivered functionality against business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud with backoffice systems, Looker, Eloqua/Marketo, and MDM tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce business analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce tools, security models, and ability to comprehend basic code/functions.
• Experience merging two or more Salesforce orgs into a unified instance.
• Understanding of data migration, deduplication, and master data management.
• Experience rationalizing conflicting processes, fields, and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or other related advanced degree.
• Several Salesforce certifications and badges.
