Description

You will lead the Connex implementation for the VoC pillar, managing development, testing, and go-live phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements and use case identification between implementation partners and stakeholders, including contact centers, safety, warranty, and IT planning.
• Develop and review operational workflows by collaborating with project stakeholder groups and suppliers.
• Create and review test scenarios for FT, SIT, and UAT to ensure business requirements map to functional specifications.
• Facilitate testing activities and participate in testing with project stakeholder groups and agency partners.
• Manage project tasks and milestones while proactively removing obstacles to maintain timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience working within call center environments.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work onsite in Fountain Valley, CA.
