Description

You will manage medium-sized Salesforce projects and drive technical initiatives from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives and manage project lifecycles for medium-sized engagements.
• Configure Salesforce applications and Salesforce Communities to meet specific business requirements.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
• Operate within Scrum or Agile methodologies to deliver project milestones on schedule.

Required Skills

• 8 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce as an administrator.
• Proven experience configuring Salesforce Communities.
• Experience managing medium-sized projects and leading technical initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder and client engagement capabilities.
• Practical experience working in Scrum or Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce application configuration beyond Communities.
