Drive Salesforce platform solutions by bridging business units and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate data models, mappings, hierarchies, and integration requirements.
• Build dashboards and reports for deal teams, leadership, and compliance.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and release reviews with business users.
• Maintain a product backlog aligned with Capital Markets strategic priorities.
• Partner with data teams to ensure high-quality customer, issuer, and investor data.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets workflows (Sales & Trading, Deal lifecycle, Research distribution).
• Hands-on experience creating user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and test cases.
• Proficiency in Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, FSC, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data integrations via MuleSoft, Informatica, or APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
