Description

You will serve as the functional lead for Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, driving requirements, design, and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering to document detailed functional, technical, reporting, and data specifications.
• Lead solution evaluations, conduct fit-gap analysis, and produce design documentation.
• Create project artifacts including business process flows, mockups, personas, and user journeys.
• Support PI Planning by identifying dependencies and risks, then translating them into user stories.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training delivery to ensure smooth go-live and adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis and requirement gathering.
• 8+ years gathering requirements for custom applications on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 5+ years designing business solutions with the Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration: Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and functional flows.
• Salesforce Health Cloud certification (mandatory).
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Platform App Builder certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe methodologies.
