You will translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce implementation roadmaps and own the end-to-end delivery of CRM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements using strong listening and communication skills.
• Translate business needs into compelling visions and implementation roadmaps.
• Present solutions, demo functionality, and articulate business impact.
• Own the process of building, integrating, and implementing Salesforce CRM solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing CRM solutions using Salesforce technology.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Automation and Out Of The Box SF functionalities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
• Understanding of CRM Concepts, Business Process, Security, Sharing, and Visibility Models.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience using tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
