You will lead business and functional analysis for Salesforce banking projects, translating complex financial workflows into technical specifications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
• Define user stories, process flows, and use cases, converting business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and administrators to monitor project progress and ensure accurate configuration.
• Evaluate existing configurations, facilitate UAT, and support issue resolution during deployment.
• Create business cases and mentor junior analysts to enhance business analysis practices within the Salesforce domain.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation, design, and optimization.
• Proven background in banking domains, specifically Private, Corporate, and Institutional Banking.
• Strong understanding of KYC/KYB, Trade Finance, and Client Services processes.
• Experience handling Complaints Handling workflows and financial regulatory requirements.
• Ability to create business cases and define user stories for complex financial workflows.
• Experience facilitating UAT and supporting technical teams during deployment.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical developers.
