Description

Bridge clients and technical teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements through direct engagement with clients and end users.
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to guide solution design and development.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that builds meet business requirements and user stories.
• Lead client meetings for requirement gathering, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
• Create test scenarios to verify system designs and suggest product enhancements based on post-launch feedback.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or product management role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Veeva platforms.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle, including testing and mapping business processes.
• Experience with web technologies and sketching or prototyping tools.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders to support process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Google Docs and MS PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Bachelor's, Postgraduate, MBA, or PGDM degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin certification and one consulting cloud certification (Sales, Service, or Experience).
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.
