Description

You will support and enhance existing CRM and integrated web systems through requirements gathering, functional design, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of user requests, from initial analysis and requirements gathering to documentation and developer handoff.
• Act as the functional expert for CRM applications by developing use cases, screen mockups, and process maps.
• Serve as a liaison between business divisions and technical IT resources to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Coordinate internal system release testing and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including training testers and managing test scripts.
• Manage help desk ticket queues for assigned CRM and Web Marketing systems, ensuring all queries are investigated, routed, and prioritized.
• Produce system documentation, including logical data models, gap analysis, and detailed design documents throughout the release cycle.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proven ability to conduct UAT and design detailed test plans and solution test scripts.
• Proficiency in extracting data and evaluating report options.
• Expertise in Google Suite, specifically Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Experience with Lucid Charts for process mapping and system diagrams.
• Strong ability to analyze and document complex business processes and technical system environments.
• Background in project management principles and requirements gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications.
• Knowledge of CRM solutions applicable to the commercial real estate industry.
