Description

You will act as a functional analyst bridging the gap between business needs and Salesforce technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems to identify functional gaps, industry trends, and new opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design Salesforce or integration solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for business requirements, user stories, processes, and user guides.
• Develop and execute test plans, including functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Perform product and solution demonstrations for clients.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a functional analyst utilizing program management methodology.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce Platform.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Financial Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce FSC within the lending domain.
• Practical experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Domain knowledge in banking, automotive, mortgage, or healthcare.
• Ability to design end-to-end integration solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
