Description

In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders
• Create and maintain user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases
• Document business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
• Support configuration and testing of Salesforce modules and features
• Manage stakeholder communication and present findings and recommendations
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies and activities

Qualifications

• Required
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Services (FSL)
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, reporting, and automation tools
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools
