Description

Own business analysis and configuration for P&C insurance platforms on Salesforce.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document Policy and CRM processes for Commercial Lines insurance.
• Configure Salesforce clouds including Financial Services, Service, Experience, or Sales Cloud.
• Automate business processes using native Salesforce tools and declarative features.
• Manage requirements using ADO and ServiceNow within Waterfall and Agile-Scrum frameworks.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports using SQL.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud).
• Strong expertise in Policy and CRM processes within Commercial Lines insurance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and process automation.
• Hands-on experience with ADO and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apis, Web Services, and Etl.
• Any Graduate education level.
