Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and the Scrum team to deliver Salesforce solutions, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements using user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce configurations, workflows, and custom functionalities.
• Manage the product backlog, project scope, and timelines within an Agile framework.
• Develop and execute test plans, facilitate UAT, and resolve identified issues.
• Create user guides, training materials, and provide ongoing troubleshooting support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Administration and CRM solutions.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for project management.
• Proven ability to manage business analysis processes from requirement gathering to UAT.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Prior experience working within the energy or utilities sector.
