Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, translating workflows into user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning preparation, and prioritization efforts.
• Coordinate testing and deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business intelligence.
• Triage and resolve production issues while driving platform improvements in workflow automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Expertise with Salesforce platform configuration and development.
• Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management and tracking.
• Experience documenting requirements using Confluence.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
