Manage Salesforce configuration and customization to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce to align with business needs.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy.
• Provide project management support during implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce environment.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience managing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven ability to provide project management support.
• Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Juno Beach, FL.
• Any graduate degree.
