Description

You will act as a Business Systems Analyst managing Salesforce implementations and capabilities for medium to large business segments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming change requests to validate their feasibility and logic within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage the transition from legacy systems to Lightning while addressing existing technical debt.
• Implement new technologies and capabilities to improve system functionality.
• Address data governance issues and resolve complexities arising from business requirements.
• Balance the implementation of new features with the maintenance of the existing org.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platforms and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale data governance and data integrity challenges.
• Experience navigating highly engineered or complex Salesforce environments.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Experience managing technical debt during platform migrations.
