Description

You will act as the primary analyst supporting Salesforce implementations, gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and configuration.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver iterative results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis methodologies and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
