Description

Act as the primary interface between Development and Operations teams for Salesforce applications, translating technical configurations into clear business process documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation for enhancements and support needs.
• Translate technical design and configuration into clear business process documentation for Operations.
• Ensure bug fixes align with business requirements and operational feasibility.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and process walkthroughs to the Operations team.
• Document and maintain support procedures relevant to maintaining the Org.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience, with 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst in support or operations roles.
• Strong functional knowledge of Industry CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
• Hands-on experience documenting requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical configurations into operational processes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to balance developer priorities with operational realities.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies for iterative enhancements and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills in SLA-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, or Field Service Consultant).
• Prior experience in Application Support, Managed Services, or Salesforce COE models.
