You will act as the key link between business users and technical requirements within the Salesforce environment. You will define functional requirements, analyze complex problems, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed functional requirements through direct engagement with key users.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to capture and clarify requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and propose viable solutions.
• Analyze complex problems to determine the most effective technical or process-driven options.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience working specifically with Salesforce.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners.
• Any Graduate degree.
