Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering and solution design for Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Optimize business processes and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead Agile delivery, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
• Build reporting and dashboards to maximize platform value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong background in business analysis and solution design.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with process optimization and user adoption strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex reporting and dashboard implementation.
