Description

You will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and Salesforce solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem definition and solution identification workshops to uncover customer pain points and business goals.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and detailed design documents.
• Manage the pre-sales process, including creating and responding to RFI/RFP documents from a solutioning perspective.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to develop solution design schedules and resource plans for implementation.
• Participate in the end-to-end delivery cycle to validate that implementations align with the original architecture and design intent.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience in client interaction and pre-sales solutioning.
• Ability to articulate complex solutions through detailed RFI/RFP documentation.
• Experience driving the adoption of best practices in solution architecture and product design.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities Cloud.
• Experience integrating internal and external data interfaces with the Force.com platform.
