Description

You will serve as the primary business analyst for Salesforce implementations, leading requirements gathering and bridging the gap between business users and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and working sessions with stakeholders to define project scope.
• Analyze and clean up technical debt within the legacy Salesforce organization.
• Design scalable Salesforce workflows, configurations, and automation flows.
• Write clear, actionable user stories complete with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Own documentation, track requirements and decisions, and coordinate with developers using Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Models, configurations, integrations, and automation flows.
• Experience working within Agile methodology.
• Ability to communicate effectively between business users and technology teams.
• Understanding of platform limitations and Salesforce best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Financial Service Cloud.
