Description

You will bridge business needs with technical implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution design for investment and finance teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with investment, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in JIRA.
• Document As-Is and To-Be process flows, data models, and system touchpoints in Confluence.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the roadmap.
• Recommend scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, and platform automation.

Required Skills

• 5–9 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3+ years on Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flows.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
• Proficiency in process documentation, data modelling, and writing user stories.
• Experience in Private Equity, portfolio companies, asset management, or financial services.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, permission sets, record access, and governance.
• Experience managing UAT, defect triage, and user training.
• Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader) and API concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
