Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and solution delivery by bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to elicit, define, and document business requirements.
  • Coordinate with developers, administrators, and IT teams to drive execution and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by designing test cases and validating functionality.
  • Support rollout activities including go-live planning, issue resolution, and transition to support teams.
  • Create user-focused training materials, conduct workshops, and manage change management efforts to drive system adoption.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience delivering Salesforce-driven projects.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including process automation, custom workflows, and user roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical documentation and actionable items.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
