Description

You will own the business analysis, integration, and data strategy for Salesforce and marketing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce integration processes, covering design, implementation, testing, and support.
• Manage the integration ecosystem to ensure seamless data flow between SFDC and third-party marketing tools.
• Drive system consolidation and data migration during mergers and acquisitions while maintaining data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in marketing and technology environments.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC) administration and integrations.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and data hygiene principles.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Asana.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
• Knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of Marketing and Integration processes.
