- Strong, hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM, with deep CRM knowledge required.
- Demonstrated expertise in Service Cloud Voice.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery models.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations.
- Ability to handle complex workflows and multi-team coordination.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
