Required Skills

  • 7+ years of proven Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM, with deep CRM knowledge required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Service Cloud Voice.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery models.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations.
  • Ability to handle complex workflows and multi-team coordination.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
