You will bridge business needs and Salesforce technology implementation, focusing on CRM and Service Cloud Voice alignment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to ensure Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud Voice meet enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document complex workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders and leadership to gather and validate requirements.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams in enterprise-level delivery models.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
• Strong, hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM and deep CRM knowledge.
• Demonstrated expertise in Service Cloud Voice.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery models.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations.
• Ability to handle complex workflows and multi-team coordination.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-level delivery models.
• Background in large-scale organizational structures.
