Description

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement Salesforce solutions. Own the lifecycle from requirements gathering to end-user training and support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions through configuration and customization.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce standard and custom objects.
• Proficiency with process automation, reports, dashboards, and the Lightning framework.
• Experience configuring record types, page layouts, and user interfaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Platform Developer workflows.
