You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce CRM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with product owners to analyze business needs and identify root causes.
• Deliver high-quality user stories and manage the product backlog through grooming and estimation.
• Design Salesforce solutions covering lead management, sales, service, and marketing capabilities.
• Create proofs of concept and present solution demos to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective project execution within Agile frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Owner roles.
• Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM, specifically Lead Management, Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Sprint Planning and Backlog management.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical Salesforce solution designs.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Strong background in solution design and presenting technical demos.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
