You bridge IT and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions, managing scope, requirements, and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from business stakeholders and map them to functional specifications.
• Maintain traceability of business requirements to the Business Requirements Document (BRD).
• Translate requirements into solution design documents in collaboration with technical teams.
• Manage Salesforce projects by planning, executing, and monitoring scope against the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Develop requirements management strategies covering elicitation and documentation standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce project role.
• Salesforce Admin certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.
• Strong documentation skills for functional specifications and solution designs.
• Project management and tracking capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any Graduate degree in a technical or business discipline.
