Description

Analyze and document business requirements for Order Management processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and support Salesforce Order Management, Sales Cloud, and related integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with developers and QA teams for testing, deployment, and production support.
• Drive UAT sessions, user training, and process improvement initiatives for order lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce business analysis.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and support.
• Experience with Order Management processes and solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience coordinating with developers and QA teams for testing and deployment.
• Proven track record driving UAT sessions and user training.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, payment, and fulfillment systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting system performance issues.
• Background in process improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
