Description

You will serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Salesforce object models based on business needs.
• Write detailed user stories and functional documentation.
• Analyze business problems to evaluate alternative solutions and recommend approaches.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Salesforce object model design and configuration.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies.
• Experience in Product Owner or Product Management roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral).
• In-depth knowledge of client-server, object-oriented, and web-based systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Multi-Family Origination platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Master’s degree.
• Prior leadership or team management experience.
