Description

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical Salesforce team to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities within Salesforce.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Developers and Admins.
• Support the configuration of Salesforce features including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and Page Layouts.
• Conduct gap analysis, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support user training and adoption.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on Salesforce projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and AppExchange solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
