Description

You will deliver technology solutions to business problems within an Agile team supporting Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements to align end-to-end quote-to-order processes and ensure data accuracy for provisioning and finance reporting systems.
  • Gather business requirements and perform process analysis to detail current and future state workflows, identifying impacts and gaps.
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics and PROS CPQ solutions to maintain and improve enterprise sales processes.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to optimize operational support and increase deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and cross-functional teams including Deal Desk and Order Management.

Required Skills

  • Experience in technical roles on at least one full-lifecycle CPQ project.
  • Strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following: PROS CPQ, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics and PROS CPQ.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Apttus CPQ.
  • Experience working with QA processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for interfacing with engineers, IT managers, and business users.
  • Any graduate degree.
